福岡県工業技術センター生物食品研究所は、福岡県内の食品製造業を支援するため「ふくおか食品開発支援センター」を2014年に開設しました。同センターは、商品企画から試作・開発・評価、品質管理に至るまで、商品化に伴う技術的課題に幅広く対応し、これまでに200件超の商品化を支援しています。
